We are a boutique residential and commercial interior design firm specializing in all aspects of interior design, but are specifically focused on all phases of new construction, remodeling and renovation. Barbara Grushow Designs provides an expert staff experienced not only in full scale remodeling, furniture plans and schematic design, but also beautiful interior furnishings, window treatments, art and accessories. We have done projects all over the country and each of our clients receive outstanding service and value.

In 2006 Barbara established her own boutique firm design firm in Malibu, California – Barbara Grushow Designs INC.  She runs her firm on a smaller scale so that she can give the utmost personal attention to each of her clients.  ”We offer a lot of diverse services from interior design, to renovation, remodeling, home staging and lifestyle education.  We not only want to leave clients with a great environment in which to live and work out of, but we want to leave our clients educated about how best utilize all aspects of their new environment to the best of their ability.” Barbara’s work has been viewed on KNBC’s LX-TV “Open House LA,” Bravo TV’s “Million Dollar Listing,” and TV Guide Television’s “Malibu Homes to the Star’s”.
